Full Time - Maintenance - Maintenance Technician - Poehler Lofts

About the Role

The Maintenance Technician performs general maintenance repairs and preventive maintenance throughout the entire residential portfolio. Responsibilities include maintaining property interiors, exteriors, and site in a cleaned and repaired condition using appropriate materials and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform necessary repairs and preventive maintenance throughout the property.
• Assist and maintain landscape and irrigation systems.
• Portray a clean, neat, well-groomed professional appearance with company-approved attire and visible identification badge.
• Support and promote good resident/tenant relations and service.
• Work independently, direct others when needed, and participate in staff meetings and training programs.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year of maintenance experience in a related field or formal training from a trade school.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current liability insurance coverage.
• Ability to work full time.
• Honest, trustworthy, enthusiastic, and team-oriented.
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
