Full Time - Maintenance - Maintenance Technician - Pinnacle Lofts

About the Role

The Maintenance Technician performs general maintenance repairs and preventive maintenance throughout the entire residential portfolio. Responsible for maintaining property interiors, exteriors, and site in cleaned and repaired condition using materials and equipment following manufacturer's directions. Continually strives to increase working knowledge of the property.

Responsibilities

• Performs necessary repairs and preventive maintenance throughout the entire property.
• Assists and maintains landscape and irrigation systems.
• Portrays a clean, neat, well-groomed professional appearance with company-approved attire and visible identification badge.
• Performs duties with standard levels of productivity and dependability, ensuring timely and zero-defect completion.
• Supports and promotes good resident/tenant relations and service.
• Works independently, directs others when needed, and communicates effectively.
• Participates fully in staff meetings and designated training programs.
• Adheres to all company policies and procedures.
• Performs any reasonable task or request consistent with fulfilling company objectives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum one year of maintenance experience in a related field or formal training from a trade school.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current liability insurance coverage.
• Ability to work full time.
• Must be honest, trustworthy, enthusiastic, and team/project oriented.
• Customer service oriented with strong communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and direct others.
