Full Time - Maintenance - Maintenance Technician - New Hampshire Lofts

About the role

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our Residential team at Omega Management Group. This position involves performing general maintenance repairs and preventive maintenance throughout the entire property portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Performs necessary repairs and preventive maintenance throughout the entire property
• Affixes and maintains landscape and irrigation systems
• Maintains the interior, exterior, and site of the property in a clean and repaired condition using appropriate materials and equipment
• Continuously expands their knowledge of the property
• Works independently, directs others, and adheres to company policies and procedures
• Supports and promotes good resident/tenant relations and service

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required
• One year of maintenance experience in a related field or formal training from a trade school is required
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required
• Current liability insurance coverage is required
