About the role

Come join the Omega Management Group Team for this exciting opportunity. We are looking to add a Custodian with our team. To perform janitorial and light maintenance duties in a professional manner and on a timely basis.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial and light maintenance duties.
• Use equipment such as mop, broom, vacuum cleaner, carpet cleaning equipment, buffer, stepladder, and any other equipment needed to complete assigned tasks.
• Must have a telephone where you can be reached.
• Perform duties using standard levels of productivity and dependability, ensuring completion in a timely and zero‑defect manner.
• Be customer service oriented and genuinely support and promote good resident/tenant relations and service.
• Ability to work independently, willingness to learn, and good communication skills.
• Willing to participate fully in staff meetings and designated training programs.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures contained in manuals issued by Omega Management Group and/or otherwise communicated verbally or in writing.
• Perform any reasonable task or request consistent with fulfilling company objectives.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. No formal training required, just a willingness to learn.
