About the role

Join the Omega Management Group Team for an exciting opportunity as a Custodian. This role involves performing janitorial and light maintenance duties in a professional and timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Mop, broom, vacuum cleaner, carpet cleaning equipment, buffer, stepladder, and other equipment needed to complete assigned tasks.
• Ensure all tasks are completed in a timely and zero-defect manner.
• Work independently and be customer service oriented, promoting good resident/tenant relations and service.
• Participate in staff meetings and designated training programs.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.
• Willingness to learn and possess good communication skills.

Qualifications

• Standard levels of productivity and dependability.
• Customer service orientation and promotion of good resident/tenant relations.
• Ability to work independently and willingness to learn.
