Seeking a full-time custodian to maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment for students, staff, and visitors.
Responsibilities
- Cleaning, dusting, polishing, scrubbing, sealing, waxing, and buffing surfaces
- Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors
- Stocking custodial areas
- Cleaning bodily fluids
Physical demands: lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing ladders, and repetitive motions.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience in custodial building maintenance and grounds preferred
- Minnesota boilers license required before probation ends
- Minnesota driver’s license may be needed
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems is a plus
Pay
$21.42/hour
