Custodian - Full-Time

About the role

This position is for a Custodian responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene throughout the plaza to ensure a pleasant experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform various cleaning duties using appropriate chemicals, tools, and equipment.
• Clean restrooms, walls, windows, work surfaces, refrigerators, and other equipment.
• Remove trash and maintain waste areas.
• Sweep, mop, scrub, and buff floors thoroughly.
• Keep the lobby and dining areas clean and organized.
• Transport supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Load and unload supply trucks.
• Follow all security, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly and outgoing manner.

Qualifications & Skills

• Ability to interact positively with customers and team members.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, lift, and carry at least 40 pounds.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Consistent attendance and punctuality required.
