Full Time Luxury Watch Sales Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a full-time sales associate for our Ben Bridge Jeweler store in Downtown Portland. Our ideal candidate will have experience in fine jewelry or luxury goods sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop authentic relationships with customers by assessing their needs and making personalized product recommendations
• Cultivate an in-depth knowledge of products and provide product knowledge, features, and benefits to all customers when presenting merchandise
• Connect with existing and potential customers and maintain customer information using company-supported technology
• Inspect customers' timepieces and consult on repairs

Requirements

• Flexible with work schedule, including holidays
• Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills; fluency in English is required
• Bilingual is a plus but not required
• Minimum of 2 years of selling experience in a retail environment or a combination of 3+ years of customer service experience and education
• Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent

Qualifications

• Fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges. Final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to experience levels, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• The full-time hourly schedule is designed to provide flex staffing during key events and peak selling times.
