Join Wilber Care Center as a Full‑Time Evening Charge Nurse and provide clinical leadership for the nursing team while ensuring residents receive safe, compassionate, and high‑quality care. Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing assistants and medication aides during the evening shift.
• Administer medications and treatments to residents.
• Complete resident assessments and respond to changes in condition.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and physician orders.
• Promote a positive, team‑oriented work environment.
• Serve as the clinical leader during evening and overnight operations.

Qualifications

• Current Nebraska Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Long‑term care experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong assessment, communication, and leadership skills.

Pay

Competitive hourly wage starting at $29.00 per hour (DOE) plus evening shift differentials.

Schedule

• Full‑Time – 32 hours per week
• Monday: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
• Wednesday: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
• Thursday: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
• Every other weekend: Saturday and Sunday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
• Holiday rotation
