Schedule

• Full-Time – 40 Hours Per Week
• Monday: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• Wednesday: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• Thursday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Every Other Weekend: Saturday & Sunday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Holiday rotation

Pay

• Competitive hourly wage starting at $29.00/hour (DOE) plus evening and night shift differentials

Responsibilities

• Supervising nursing assistants and medication aides during your shift
• Administering medications and treatments
• Completing resident assessments and responding to changes in condition
• Communicating with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team
• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
• Assisting with admissions, discharges, and physician orders
• Promoting a positive, team-oriented work environment
• Serving as the clinical leader during evening and overnight operations

Qualifications

• Current Nebraska Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Long-term care experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong assessment, communication, and leadership skills
