Full-Time LPN Charge Nurse Evening/Nights

About the role

As the Evening/Night LPN Charge Nurse, you will provide clinical leadership for the nursing team while ensuring residents receive safe, compassionate, and high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Supervising nursing assistants and medication aides during your shift.
• Administering medications and treatments.
• Completing resident assessments and responding to changes in condition.
• Communicating with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
• Serving as the clinical leader during evening and overnight operations.

Qualifications

• Current Nebraska Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• CURRENT CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Long-term care experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong assessment, communication, and leadership skills.
