Full-Time LPN

About the role

Provides compassionate nursing care, administers medications, and collaborates with a team to ensure residents' well-being in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications as per physician’s orders
• Assess and document resident health status
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
• Provide resident-focused care
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions

Requirements

• Valid unencumbered LPN license
• At least 1 year of LPN experience
• Caring attitude

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Graduation from an accredited LPN program
