Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, personalized service to customers via in-person, phone, and email communication
- Aid with deposit accounts, online and mobile banking, and debit card services
- Support loan officers by processing and maintaining consumer, commercial, and agricultural loan files
- Prepare and review loan documents for accuracy and completeness
- Cook with third parties to gather necessary information
- Maintain loan and account records, perform account updates, and resolve customer requests
- Organize and manage loan and account files, both physically and electronically
- Contribute to a positive team environment and support daily bank operations
Qualifications and Skills
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred
- One to three years of banking, loan administration, or customer service experience is preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail skills
- Proactive, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- A basic understanding of loan documentation or banking processes is a plus
