Full Time Loan and Customer Service Assistant

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly, personalized service to customers via in-person, phone, and email communication
  • Aid with deposit accounts, online and mobile banking, and debit card services
  • Support loan officers by processing and maintaining consumer, commercial, and agricultural loan files
  • Prepare and review loan documents for accuracy and completeness
  • Cook with third parties to gather necessary information
  • Maintain loan and account records, perform account updates, and resolve customer requests
  • Organize and manage loan and account files, both physically and electronically
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and support daily bank operations

Qualifications and Skills

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • One to three years of banking, loan administration, or customer service experience is preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail skills
  • Proactive, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • A basic understanding of loan documentation or banking processes is a plus
