Responsibilities

  • Drive day-to-day leasing goals and support overall occupancy objectives
  • Greet and engage with prospective residents by phone, email, and in person
  • Conduct property tours and effectively close leasing opportunities
  • Perform timely follow-ups with prospects to maintain engagement and maximize conversions
  • Prepare and complete all leasing documentation accurately and efficiently

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer service
  • Professional appearance with a friendly, engaging personality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Consistently demonstrates a positive, team-oriented attitude
