Responsibilities
- Drive day-to-day leasing goals and support overall occupancy objectives
- Greet and engage with prospective residents by phone, email, and in person
- Conduct property tours and effectively close leasing opportunities
- Perform timely follow-ups with prospects to maintain engagement and maximize conversions
- Prepare and complete all leasing documentation accurately and efficiently
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer service
- Professional appearance with a friendly, engaging personality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Consistently demonstrates a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales goals
- Willingness to work weekends with scheduled days off during the week
