About the role

Drive day-to-day leasing goals and support overall occupancy objectives
Greet and engage with prospective residents by phone, email, and in person
Conduct property tours and effectively close leasing opportunities
Perform timely follow-ups with prospects to maintain engagement and maximize conversions
Prepare and complete all leasing documentation accurately and efficiently

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer service
  • Professional appearance with a friendly, engaging personality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Consistently demonstrates a positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales goals
  • Willingness to work weekends with scheduled days off during the week
