Full-Time Lead Sales Associate

Role Overview This position involves serving as a Cashier and/or Stocker, with responsibilities in leading store operations in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. The role includes stocking merchandise, maintaining plan-o-grams, assisting customers, operating registers, and ensuring a clean, organized, and secure store environment. Key Responsibilities Unload trucks and stock merchandise according to store processes.Assist with plan-o-gram implementation and merchandise displays.Provide excellent customer service, locating merchandise and handling transactions.Maintain store cleanliness, including dusting, mopping, and restroom sanitation.Operate cash registers, handle payments, and assist with cash control in the absence of management.Support store opening and closing procedures and security protocols. Qualifications & Skills Strong mathematical skills and knowledge of cash handling procedures.Ability to operate cash registers and perform basic calculations.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Understanding of safety policies and plan-o-gram adherence.High school diploma or equivalent; supervisory or related experience preferred.
