Responsibilities
- Coordinate respiratory care services and supervise RT assignments
- Manage ventilator and high-acuity patients
- Perform and interpret arterial blood gases (ABGs)
- Support emergency response efforts
- Ensure accurate documentation in electronic medical records (EMR)
- Serve as a clinical resource for the night team and mentor staff
- Collaborate with nurses and physicians to support evidence-based practices
Qualifications & Skills
- Registered Respiratory Therapist certification
- Advanced bedside treatment skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Leadership and supervisory experience preferred
