Lead RRT - Full-Time Nights

About the role

Join our team as a Lead Respiratory Therapist and make a meaningful impact in patient care within a Level 2 Trauma Center with 427 beds, including ICU, CICU, NICU, and pediatric units.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive respiratory care to over 25,000 patients annually.
• Follow RT procedures and protocols, ensuring high-quality treatment.
• Collaborate with a diverse, collaborative team in a supportive environment.
• Contribute to patient recovery and safety across multiple units.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years clinical experience in respiratory therapy; NICU experience preferred but not required.
• Associate’s Degree in Respiratory Therapy Sciences.
• Registered by the National Board for Respiratory Care and licensed in Georgia.
• Current certifications in BCLS and ACLS.
• Excellent communication skills; new graduates are welcome.
