Full Time LAPC or LAMFT for Group Practice
Ellie Mental Health Atlanta is seeking a LAPC or LAMFT to join our group practice in Sandy Springs, GA. This full-time, hybrid position starts in June/July 2026 and serves children, adolescents, and adults.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation (diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes) according to company policy
- Maintain a minimum caseload of 25 client sessions per week
- Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further our mission of filling gaps in the community
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
- Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol
- Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited college or university
- Valid, current GA clinical license (LAPC or LAMFT); provisionally licensed clinicians on track to obtain licensure may qualify for supervision
- Experience with completing treatment plans and clinical case notes
- Experience working with children, teens, and adults
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
- Ability to complete and submit documentation in a timely manner
- Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
- Proficiency in typical office technology (computers, email) and Electronic Health Record systems
- Ability to pass a background check

Location & Schedule
This position is located in Sandy Springs, Georgia (Peachtree-Dunwoody Road). The clinic offers both in-person and telehealth options to clients. Expected start date: June/July 2026.
