Ellie Mental Health Atlanta is seeking a LAPC or LAMFT to join our group practice in Sandy Springs, GA. This full-time, hybrid position starts in June/July 2026 and serves children, adolescents, and adults.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation (diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes) according to company policy
  • Maintain a minimum caseload of 25 client sessions per week
  • Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further our mission of filling gaps in the community
  • Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
  • Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol
  • Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited college or university
  • Valid, current GA clinical license (LAPC or LAMFT); provisionally licensed clinicians on track to obtain licensure may qualify for supervision
  • Experience with completing treatment plans and clinical case notes
  • Experience working with children, teens, and adults
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
  • Ability to complete and submit documentation in a timely manner
  • Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
  • Proficiency in typical office technology (computers, email) and Electronic Health Record systems
  • Ability to pass a background check
