Sales & Client Service
- Greet and acknowledge all customers
- Provide courteous and knowledgeable customer service in every area of the store
- Maintain an accurate, efficient and effective client book
- Achieve or exceed personal sales goals set by management
- Assist sales team with selling and clienteling
Visual Merchandising
- Assist with execution of floor sets
- Maintain visual merchandising standards on a daily basis according to the company’s standards
- Maintain proper fixture placement, lighting, and floor plan changes
- Ensure representation of all merchandise on the floor and make adjustments to merchandise placement as sell through dictates
Operations
- Work with management to maximize sales by ensuring an efficient and customer-friendly store
- Oversee store in the absence of management
- Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures when on shift and report any issues to management
- Absorb and assist with opening and closing procedures
- Maintain offices, workspace, and cash wraps to ensure they are fully stocked with supplies
- Absorb and assist with inventory and other asset protection needs
