- Provide Level 1/2 remote support, troubleshooting technical issues for clients.
- Manage and resolve alerts from IT systems and monitoring dashboards.
- Support and maintain Microsoft ecosystems, Office 365, On-premises solutions, and Azure.
- Aid with network setup, including firewalls, switches, and servers.
- Continuously develop in-depth knowledge of our tech stack.
