About the role
Teach amazing classes and lead fabulous birthday parties based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (training provided). Be part of a team of instructors who teach classes and run birthday parties on weekends. Coordinate all aspects of birthday parties with families hosting at our facility to ensure a magical experience. Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience—we treat our members like family. Lead with energy and make a positive impact on the growth and development of children and families in our community. Many leaders in our company started in this position and have enjoyed opportunities for upward mobility.
Responsibilities
- Teach classes and lead birthday parties using our proven curriculum and teaching method
- Coordinate all aspects of birthday parties with hosting families
- Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience
- Lead classes with energy and enthusiasm, making a positive impact on children and families
Requirements
- Open to being a goofball and giving (air) high fives
- Background in child development, physical education, gymnastics, dance, or early childhood education (helpful but not required)
- Passion for serving others and making them feel good
- Ability to connect with both kids and their parents
- Naturally positive and energetic—voted "most likely to be in a good mood" by peers
- Love to have fun but know when to buckle down and work hard

$16.00 - $19.00 per hour
