About the role
The Department of Preventive and Restorative Sciences invites applications for a full‑time Instructor position focused on Fixed and Removable Prosthodontics. The role emphasizes excellence in teaching and research to enhance the department’s national and international reputation. The specialty program educates both predoctoral and postgraduate dental students in Prosthodontics.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical and didactic teaching for predoctoral dental students.
- Provide clinical and didactic teaching for postdoctoral dental students.
- Conduct research in Fixed and Removable Prosthodontics.
Qualifications
- Eligibility for a Pennsylvania state dental license or a restricted Pennsylvania state dental license.
- Preference given to candidates holding a DScD, DMD/DDS, or equivalent degree.
- Ability to report to the Department Division Chief of Preventive and Restorative Sciences.

Schedule
This is a one‑year contract position, spanning July 1 through June 30, with the possibility of renewal at the end of the academic year.
