About the Role

Our expert culinary team is looking for energetic individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a desire to serve others. If you are detail-oriented and customer service-focused, we would love to hear from you! As a line cook, you will provide full-scope, hands-on production cooking in the Community Culinary Services Department, learning from our world-class chefs. Responsibilities

• Adhere to food quality, appearance, and presentation standards at all times.
• Assist with serving of meals and ware washing as necessary.
• Produce and serve menu cycle programs compliant with local regulations and correctly prepare diets per policy and procedure.
• Maintain all equipment and supplies in proper condition.

Requirements

• Ability to understand and follow instructions in English and communicate effectively.
• Ability to perform simple arithmetic.
• Understanding of measurements and conversions.
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment operations and maintenance.
• Minimum of one year of restaurant, senior living, or equivalent cooking experience.
