About the Role

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides comprehensive patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing interventions. They utilize evidence-based practices, technology, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver personalized care.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and develop care plans with patient and family involvement.
• Delegate and coordinate care, ensuring quality and safety.
• Evaluate patient outcomes and update care plans as needed.
• Adhere to legal and ethical standards in nursing practice.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support the growth of the nursing profession.

Requirements

• Current RN license in the practice state; valid compact licenses transferred within 60 days.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.

Skills

• Excellent communication and critical thinking.
• Patient care coordination and documentation.

Physical & Other Requirements

• Ability to see, read, and operate monitors and equipment.
• Manual dexterity for manipulating equipment and preparing medications.
• Physical capability to lift, transfer, and transport patients and supplies.
