Full-Time Houseparent

Role Overview

Seeking married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents, providing care, supervision, and guidance for students in on-campus homes. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, managing household tasks, administering medications, driving students, planning activities, leading devotions, and overseeing household reporting and budgeting.

Key Duties

• Mentoring and supervising students
• Managing household routines and schedules
• Supporting student wellness and safety
• Engaging students in developmental and recreational activities
• Leading faith-based activities and chapel attendance
• Handling household reporting and budgeting

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience with youth through work or volunteering
• Legally married couples for at least two years, both aged 27 or older
• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid U.S. driver's license with ability to certify as a driver
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and participate in physically active roles
• Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and role modeling
• Comfort leading devotions and attending chapel (proselytizing prohibited)
• Adherence to campus policies on smoking, weapons, alcohol, and pets
