About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Houseperson to join our dynamic team and contribute to the exceptional guest experience we're known for. As a Houseperson, you will be cleaning, maintaining and supplying materials to assigned areas of the hotel.

Responsibilities

• Clean all assigned areas.
• Pick up and deliver supplies and other items upon request.
• Remove all trash and linen from room attendant carts throughout the day.
• Stock all linen closets with proper inventory.
• Aid with team projects and perform additional assigned duties as needed.

Requirements

• Must be able to work a varied schedule to include days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and the ability to work under pressure.
• Must be able to represent the company in a professional, well-groomed and courteous manner.
• Basic English communication is preferred.
• Physical stamina to complete repetitive manual labor tasks.
• Must be able to lift, push, pull, and/or carry up to 50 lbs.

Connected to the newly expanded Baird Center, Hilton Milwaukee is Milwaukee's largest hotel. Originally built in 1927 as the Schroeder Hotel, the property features over 700 guest rooms, more than 34,000 square feet of meeting and event space, and hosts thousands of guests, associates, and visitors each year.

Skills
