Houseperson - Full-Time

Waverly Heights is currently seeking a full-time Houseperson to join our team. Our Housemen play an important role in ensuring a clean, organized, safe, and comfortable living environment for our residents.

Responsibilities

• Performing daily cleaning and sanitization of resident units and common areas, including but not limited to living spaces, bathrooms, kitchens, and corridors
• Ensuring that all cleaning procedures meet the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety, in line with established protocols
• Adhering to infection control and health and safety regulations to promote the well-being of residents and staff
• Responding promptly and courteously to resident requests and concerns, maintaining a compassionate and respectful environment
• Upholding a positive and respectful attitude towards residents and fellow team members

Requirements

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Positive attitude
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Willingness and ability to learn
• Previous experience preferred but not required

Schedule

Full-time, 37.5 hours per week. Some weekend hours and holidays required.
