Role Overview
The Administrative Supervisor is a Registered Nurse responsible for overseeing operational, human resource, and quality patient care functions during a designated shift at a medical center.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations, staff, and patient care standards.

Qualifications & Skills
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Washington RN license and BLS certification.
- At least one year of leadership or charge nurse experience demonstrating leadership abilities.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and lead a team effectively.
