Role Overview

The Administrative Supervisor is a Registered Nurse responsible for overseeing operational, human resource, and quality patient care functions during a designated shift at a medical center.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations, staff, and patient care standards.
  • Lead and support nursing staff, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Cookordinate resources to maintain efficient service delivery.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current Washington RN license and BLS certification.
  • At least one year of leadership or charge nurse experience demonstrating leadership abilities.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and lead a team effectively.
