Role Overview
The Nursing Supervisor, under the supervision of the VP of Patient Care Services, is responsible for coordinating hospital personnel activities during a specific shift. They ensure effective communication and application of policies, practices, and procedures to achieve high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities
- Oversee nursing staff and hospital operations during assigned shifts.
- Implement and maintain patient care standards and hospital policies.
- Communicate effectively with staff and ensure adherence to procedures.
- Support a culture of patient-focused, whole-person care.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Washington Registered Nurse License and BLS certification.
- Minimum of 1 year leadership or Charge Nurse experience with demonstrated leadership abilities.
Pay
$53.70 - $84.78 per hour, with potential for additional compensation through various incentives.
