Full-Time House Supervisor/RN

Role Overview

This position combines leadership and clinical responsibilities as a House Supervisor and Float Pool RN. The RN will serve as the on-site clinical and administrative leader during non-regular hours, ensuring smooth operations, coordinating staffing and patient flow, and responding to urgent events. Additionally, the RN provides high-quality patient care across various units, adapting to different workflows and patient needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead hospital-wide operations during evening, night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Coordinate staffing, patient throughput, and respond to emergencies.
• Mentor staff and support clinical decision-making.
• Deliver patient care through assessment, planning, and evaluation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal care delivery.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of a nursing program with a minimum of 3 years hospital experience (preferably 5).
• Current RN license and certifications in BLS and ACLS.
• Strong leadership, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations and make sound decisions.
