Full-Time House Supervisor / RN Administrator

Responsibilities

• Serve as an on-site administrative representative, facilitating communication among hospital staff, medical staff, and regulatory agencies.
• Conduct routine rounds across hospital departments to coordinate human resources and ensure smooth hospital operations and patient care.
• Enforce organizational policies in line with administrative guidelines, consulting with the on-call administrator as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an NLN/AACN-accredited nursing program.
• At least two years of leadership experience and two years within the specific service area.
• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with the NJ Board of Nursing.
• Active certifications: BLS (within 14 days of hire), ACLS, and PALS through AHA.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with patient safety best practices.
