Full Time Health Systems Navigator

Qualifications

• Two-year Post-Secondary Diploma in Health or Social Sciences field or related discipline
• Registered with a regulatory body with the ability to practice psychotherapy and five (5) years’ work experience in the health and/or social work field
• Experience working with Indigenous populations
• Fluency with Anishinaabemowin is an asset
• Clinical experience is preferred
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience with opioid and opioid-related addictions, issues, and challenges
• Demonstrated knowledge of the health care system and community-based resources found throughout the Northwest region
• Work experience in primary care is an asset
• Knowledge of Informed Decision Making, Patient Capacity
