Requirements
- Must be eligible to work in USA
- Must be people-oriented and well-spoken
- Must have an energetic, outgoing and positive personality
Benefits
- Welcome new clients and conduct initial consultations to assess goals and fitness levels
- Lead one-on-one and small-group exercise sessions using our technology-driven Exerbotics equipment
- Coach clients through personalized workouts, focusing on proper form, motivation, and safety
- Track and record client fitness progress using data-driven tools
- Provide education and guidance on exercise science, recovery, and healthy habits
- Recommend and sell monthly memberships and package sessions to support client goals
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage retention and referrals

Qualifications
- No personal training certification, experience or degree is required
- Paid The Exercise Coach certification training
- Paid Nutrition certification training
- Mentorship with an experienced coach/manager
- Direct 8 week track to become a certified coach
- Ability to successfully complete:
- The Exercise Coach Certification course
- Nutrition Playbook Certification course
- Ability to get a valid CPR/AED certificate from nationally-recognized provider
