The Exercise Coach offers proven personal training programs based on decades of experience, scientific evidence, and signature strength training technology. Our unique workouts utilize Exerbotic Machines and bio-sensitive training technologies to measure individual muscular and metabolic makeup, delivering personalized exercise prescriptions.
About the role
As a Certified Exercise Coach, you will deliver one-on-one and small-group exercise instruction to clients of all ages. You’ll welcome new clients, conduct initial consultations to assess goals and fitness levels, and lead personalized workouts using our technology-driven Exerbotics equipment. Your role includes coaching clients on proper form, motivation, and safety, tracking fitness progress with data-driven tools, and providing education on exercise science and healthy habits. You’ll also recommend and sell memberships, build client relationships, and support retention and referrals.
Responsibilities
- Welcome new clients and conduct initial consultations to assess goals and fitness levels.
- Lead one-on-one and small-group exercise sessions using Exerbotics equipment.
- Coach clients through personalized workouts, focusing on proper form, motivation, and safety.
- Track and record client fitness progress using data-driven tools.
- Provide education and guidance on exercise science, recovery, and healthy habits.
- Recommend and sell monthly memberships and package sessions to support client goals.
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage retention and referrals.
Requirements
- Ability to successfully complete The Exercise Coach Certification course.
- Ability to successfully complete the Nutrition Playbook Certification course.
- Ability to obtain a valid CPR/AED certificate from a nationally recognized provider.
- Must be eligible to work in the USA.
- Must be people-oriented, well-spoken, and have an energetic, outgoing, and positive personality.
Professional Development
- No personal training certification, experience, or degree required.

Pay
- Hourly compensation: $16.00 - $23.00 per hour (commensurate with experience).
- Post-certification pay increases.
