About the role
We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to join the team at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Snyder, TX. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently while consistently delivering outstanding Marriott-standard guest service.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and answer questions
- Offer recommendations about the hotel and local area
- Ensure all interactions reflect Marriott's service expectations
- Achieve and exceed key Marriott metrics such as Intent to Recommend and Elite Appreciation through positive guest survey results
- Recognize and reward Marriott Bonvoy members, and enroll new members to meet or exceed required quotas
