Frontier Hospitality Group is seeking dependable, friendly individuals with strong customer service skills to join their team at the NEW Hampton by Hilton, East Peoria.

Responsibilities

• Provides high-quality customer service.
• Handles guest reservations.
• Answers and transfers phone calls.
• Handles guest check-ins and outs along with questions, complaints, etc.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Previous hotel or relevant customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Able to work weekends.

1st and 2nd shift openings.
