Main Line Health is seeking a Food Service Assistant at Riddle Memorial Hospital to provide friendly, excellent customer service to patients, employees, and visitors in the food service area. This role involves maintaining the highest food safety standards as part of our commitment to the individuals we serve.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, excellent customer service to patients, employees, and visitors in the food service area
• Maintain the highest food safety standards
• Work with employees across departments
• Assist with catering events

Schedule

Shift is 6:00am–2:30pm, Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday and every other weekend, with rotating holidays.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate English sufficiently to perform required duties
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Experience

One year of previous food service experience in a health care environment or as a cook is preferred.
