Full Time Floating Occupational Therapist (OT/OTR)

About the Role

Full-time float Occupational Therapist (OT) position available in multiple senior living communities, including assisted living, independent living, and memory care settings. The successful candidate will float to facilities located in Augusta, Waterville, and Hallowell, ME. This position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Additionally, a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT / OTR) position is available in our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department.

Preferred Therapy Solutions is owned and operated by therapists, focusing on appropriate and ethical patient care. Members of our management team have experience in the roles they oversee, ensuring a deep understanding of therapist needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in senior living communities, homes, and sub-acute/skilled nursing facility settings.
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team environment.
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and experience with electronic documentation.
• Maintain good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation.
• Work well with others in a team setting and be flexible with hours.

Requirements

• Possess a current OT license or be license-eligible to practice in the state of employment.

Pay

Rate range: $30/hr - $38/hr.
