We're looking for a Property Manager who thrives in a dynamic, multitasking environment—someone who enjoys keeping multiple projects moving and can maintain a high sense of urgency. You’ll split your time across three locations: 24 hours at McFarland 400, 8 hours at Canton Highway, and 8 hours at N Lanier.

This role is ideal for someone who is naturally empathetic, outgoing, and skilled at reading others. You should be self-sufficient, curious, and effective at handling and sharing information. If you enjoy variety and can stay composed under pressure, this is the place for you.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with renting units in-person, via phone, and through advertising/marketing; enhance sales through rentals, insurance, and moving supplies.
  • Provide excellent customer service by identifying storage needs and guiding new customers through rental processes.
  • Resolve issues professionally and positively.
  • Maintain daily cleanliness and organization of the office, restrooms, grounds, and vacant units; perform minor maintenance tasks and regular property inspections.
  • Shop local competitors (in-person and online) to gather and report rates, specials, and revenue-related factors.
  • Monitor rates, specials, and other revenue-related metrics.
  • Handle daily administrative tasks: cash management, balancing receipts, collections, posting payments, processing bank deposits, and completing auctions per policy and law.
  • At participating locations, assist tenants with rentals through programs like U-Haul or Penske.

Schedule

  • Property Hours:
  • Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
  • Sunday: Closed

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Experience in sales or retail environment preferred.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, customer service-related environment preferred.
  • At least one year of property management experience preferred.
  • Background screening conducted at time of hire.
  • For positions involving driving: valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
