We’re looking for a Fitness Ambassador — someone who’s more than just staff, but the heartbeat of the club. Think: the mayor of the gym. You’re the first hello, the go-to helper, the motivator, and the friendly face that keeps members coming back. This is the perfect entry-level role to kick-start a career in fitness, leadership, or wellness — no experience required, just great energy and a people-first mindset

Responsibilities

• Greet members with enthusiasm and make everyone feel welcome
• Be a visible, approachable presence on the fitness floor
• Assist with check-ins, questions, and member needs
• Promote programs, events, and club offerings
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and motivating environment
• Build relationships — know names, celebrate wins, and encourage progress

Requirements

• Outgoing, friendly, and naturally great with people
• Energized by helping others and being on the move
• Confident communicator with a positive attitude
• Reliable, punctual, and ready to take ownership
• Passionate about fitness, wellness, or personal growth
• 18+
• No fitness background? No problem. We’ll train you — personality and effort matter most.

Pay

Full - Time Starting at $12.50 per hour without certification or $13.00 per hour with certification. Plus, tenure increases once certification is obtained.

Schedule

Schedule: Monday 4:45 AM - 1:00 PM, Tuesday, 11:00 AM - 6:30 PM, Wednesday 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM, Thursday, 11:30 AM - 7:30 PM, Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM.
