About the role

Role Overview: The Senior Manager, Finance serves as the senior finance partner for the TPS business, providing strategic financial leadership and insights to support profitable growth and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Partner with TPS leadership to drive financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
• Lead financial activities across multiple locations, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance with financial policies.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and commercial teams to optimize profitability, working capital, and cost management.
• Oversee financial reporting, performance analysis, and risk management, providing actionable insights.
• Support project revenue management, contract analysis, and customer profitability evaluations.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, SOX requirements, and facilitate audits.
• Standardize financial processes and foster continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead talent development within the finance team, promoting a high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; professional designations preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive finance leadership experience in manufacturing, industrial, or project-based environments.
• Experience supporting multi-site operations, project revenue management, and compliance standards.
• Experience in a publicly traded environment preferred.
