Full Time Fill Plant Operator

About the role

As a Fill Plant Operator, you will manufacture compressed gas and liquid products, including pre-fill cylinder inspections, filling, labeling, and analysis or quarantine before shipment. You will also move and store cylinders, and may load or unload them for transport.

Responsibilities

• Read, understand, and follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure the manifold meets required specifications (daily).
• Perform pre-fill inspections on all cylinders before filling.
• Fill cylinders as outlined in the SOP.
• Move compressed gas or liquid cylinders safely.
• Correctly label cylinders.
• Ensure completion and accuracy of paperwork.
• Maintain compliance with cGMP, HazMat, OSHA, and other regulatory agencies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Able to read and write English.
• Able to read and interpret gauges and analog dials.
• Able to move compressed gas and liquid cylinders.
• Forklift skills and experience (a plus).
• Ability to lift 75–100 lbs.
• Detail-oriented, flexible, and able to work well with others.
• Ability to perform duties safely with minimal supervision.
