Full Time Fill Plant Operator

Industrial gas manufacturing role at our Billings, MT production and distribution facility. No prior experience required—we provide full training.

About the role

Primary responsibility is manufacturing compressed gas and liquid products, including pre-fill cylinder inspection, filling, labeling, and analysis or quarantine before shipment. The position also involves moving and storing cylinders, and may include loading/unloading cylinders for transport.

Responsibilities

• Read, understand, and follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Ensure manifold meets required specifications (daily)
• Ensure all cylinders pass required pre-fill inspections prior to filling
• Fill cylinders as outlined in the SOP
• Move compressed gas or liquid cylinders
• Correctly label cylinders
• Ensure completion and accuracy of paperwork
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, HazMat, OSHA, and other regulatory agencies
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Able to read and write English
• Able to read and interpret gauges and analog dials
• Able to move compressed gas and liquid cylinders
• Forklift skills and experience a plus
• Ability to lift 75–100 lbs
• Detail-oriented, flexible, and able to work well with others
• Ability to perform duties in a safety-conscious manner with minimal supervision
