About the role
The Robotics and Digital Solutions (RDS) Division of The Hillman Group is seeking a Full Time Field Service Technician in the Denver, CO area.
Responsibilities
- Re-stock and perform routine service on kiosks as needed (determined by demand at the machine, or schedule).
- Perform on-call repairs or adjustments to the machine when the machine goes out of order.
- New kiosk Installations or swap newer kiosks of machines in the local area.
- Monitor machines in territory daily for issues and contact stores to resolve connectivity or power issues.
- Keep track of inventory for re-stocking machines that are in Kiosk Tech’s possession.
- Grow revenue in territory by optimizing machine locations, uptime, product mix, store relationships, etc.
Requirements
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- Background in electromechanical repair and maintenance (preferred).
- Prior experience in retail merchandising, field operations and customer service (preferred).
- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a similar profile (preferred).
- Experience with tools and troubleshooting mechanical problems.
- Ability to read, write and speak fluent English to include technical “jargon”.
Qualifications
- Computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to always represent Hillman professionally.
- To work weekends when required.
Skills
- Operational Equipment: Must have an excellent driving record with a valid driver's license. Clean driving record is mandatory. Major driving violations will eliminate potential candidates.
- Physical Demands: Medium, lifting up to 30 lbs., occasionally pushing/pulling up to 100 lbs.

Pay
Ranges from $23 - $24 an hour. Company car will be provided along with cell-phone reimbursement and a corporate gas card for business miles.
Schedule
This is an hourly role based on experience ranging from $23 - $24 an hour. May require weekend work.
