Full-Time Field Performance Technician

Role Overview The Field Performance Technician manages, schedules, and completes service and warranty work, working independently or as part of the Performance O&M team. They collaborate with various team members, including supervisors and the centralized service team, to ensure efficient operations. Key Responsibilities Organize and lead warranty and service schedulesAllocate labor resources for projectsTrain and support field service techniciansConduct regular team meetings and onboardingExceed performance metrics such as turnaround time and dispatchesAssist with inspections and site audits as needed Qualifications & Skills 1-3 years of field construction or solar experience, PV knowledge preferredHigh School diploma; Electrical Journeyman license preferredKnowledge of NEC codes, electrical principles, and PV systemsStrong customer service, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work safely on rooftops, lift materials up to 100 pounds, and operate in outdoor conditions Additional Requirements Valid driver’s license and clean driving recordPhysical ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in various weather conditionsAdherence to safety policies and procedures
