Full Time Facility Maintenance Technician

About the role

This hands-on position plays a critical role in maintaining the safety, appearance, and functionality of Endless Horizons' various facilities and properties. The ideal candidate enjoys solving problems, working both indoors and outdoors, and takes pride in maintaining high-quality facilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair various facilities and properties
• Perform landscaping tasks
• Conduct light construction projects
• Perform equipment maintenance and repairs
• Implement preventative maintenance

Requirements

• Ability to operate power tools, mowers, and UTV's
• Ability to operate construction equipment such as backhoe, skid-steer, loaders, tractors, etc.
• Basic vehicle maintenance and repair experience required
• Successful completion of a background check
• Valid CDL Class B Driver’s License preferred

Qualifications

• Elevated or specialized Technicians may be required to have:
• 7 years of facility maintenance, repair, and construction experience
• Documented experience with a variety of building trades such as: framing, plumbing, electrical, masonry, roofing/siding, HVAC and drywall
• Welding/Fabricating experience preferred

Benefits

General schedule is Monday- Friday 7:30 to 4:00 PM, but work schedules will vary depending on weather, time of the year, business volume and unforeseen repair and maintenance issues.
