About the role
ExpertCare is looking for reliable, compassionate, and helpful Caregivers to work 1:1 with Recipients in Southeast Michigan. You will support clients in their homes and in the community, helping with skill‑building activities and personal goal development. Full‑time and part‑time positions are available.
Responsibilities
- Work 1:1 with clients in their homes
- Support, encourage, and assist with skill‑building activities
- Accompany clients into the community to help grow and strengthen personal goals
Requirements
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and follow care plans
- Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities
- Reliable transportation to and from assignments
- Ability to pass required background checks and screenings
- Must be 18 years or older
