We’re looking for a Full-Time Evening Shift Caregiver who brings compassion, reliability, and a genuine desire to serve older adults. What You’ll Do Daily Support: Assist residents with activities of daily living, including dressing, bathing, meals, and personal care. Resident Well-Being: Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition or concerns. Meaningful Connections: Build positive relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members. Engagement: Encourage residents to participate in activities that promote connection, independence, and enjoyment. Teamwork: Work closely with team members to provide personalized, compassionate care. Safety & Dignity: Help maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for every resident. What We’re Looking For Compassion: Patience and a genuine interest in serving older adults. Positive Attitude: A caring approach and willingness to make each day better for residents. Communication Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with residents, families, and team members. Dependability: Reliable and ready to support residents and your team during scheduled shifts. Experience: Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but not required. Training is provided.
