About the role

Provide skilled therapy services to patients with debilitating conditions, improving their ability to perform daily tasks and basic motor functions. Develop treatment plans, administer therapy, teach patients and families, and coordinate care under physician orders and supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Assess patient needs
  • Deliver therapy sessions
  • Modify treatments as needed
  • Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Qualifications & Skills

  • Licensed Occupational Therapist in the practicing state
  • Graduate of an approved OT program
  • Preferably with at least one year of experience, especially in Medicare home health settings
